The Halfway House
This traditional, stone-built country pub has a cosy open fireplace, rustic wooden tables and a beer garden.
They serve a lovely selection of hearty homemade food, accompanied by a large selection of beers, ales and cider drawn straight from the barrel.
The Halfway House is conveniently located just a one mile(25-minute walk) from Little Upton Luxury Breaks (or 2 minutes in a car), up a lovely country lane or footpath across the fields running parallel.
The bar is open Monday - Friday 11:30-15:00/ 16:00-Close, Saturday 11:30-Close (open all day) and Sunday 11:30-19:00.
Food Served Monday - Saturday 12:00-14:30/18:30-21:00 and Sunday 12:00-15:00, but make sure to book in advance.

The Devonshire Arms
This Grade II former hunting lodge is located on Long Sutton village green. It has been beautifully converted into a contemporary-style inn with equally beautiful food. Enjoy a relaxed meal in the restaurant prepared with locally sourced ingredients, or enjoy alfresco dining in the sheltered courtyard terrace garden. In the warmer months, you can find a croquet lawn surrounded by vines to the rear, the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine.

The Firehouse
The Firehouse is a unique village pub in Curry Rivel. It has been carefully renovated in a modern style but with plenty of traditional features. You'll find pizzas being freshly cooked in their large pizza oven, and open fires and log burners throughout for a cosy country experience.They use locally sourced ingredients to create a variety of homemade dishes and offer a variety of fine wines, local ciders and real ales. They also offer a takeaway service, but it is collection only.

Kingsdon Inn
This beautiful 300 year old thatched pub is located in the small village of Kingsdon, and surrounded by the charming Somerset countryside. Many years ago this pub was a cider house serving the locals with its very own cider brew.

This lovely restaurant is located in a Grade II listed building in the heart of Somerton, just 5 minute car journey from Little Upton Luxury Breaks. The Pastry Bench is an online patisserie business, providing hand-crafted viennoiserie and elegant bespoke cakes straight to your door. Offering everything from cruffins to kouign-amanns, cakes to afternoon teas, all baked and delivered fresh to your stay.
The Pastry Bench can cater for all your brunch needs, whilst also hosting private baking workshops and experiences. They can deliver their freshly baked pastries every Saturday between 9-12 pm unless otherwise arranged. Their online shop opens at 8pm on a Saturday evening for delivery on the coming Saturday. All orders must be received before 8 pm Thursday evening in order to secure a delivery slot for the Saturday of the same week.
Jim's Shack @ Bere Cider
Jim's Shack is a small local cider brewery run by, you guessed it, Jim, with scenic country views in a traditional farm setting. You'll find a shop with many varieties of cider, apple juice, cider vinegar, locally produced honey, jams, chutneys and pickles, cheese, free range eggs and more. There is a coffee shop/bar on-site which sells cider, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cake, light lunches and cream teas - something for the whole family!
